• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Accessing or using jl30 while subject to a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order
• Creating or using a jl30 account on behalf of another person

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl30 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of jl30 or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from jl30.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl30's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. jl30 is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profits or winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors beyond jl30's reasonable control; (c) actions of third-party payment processors or game providers; or (d) unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their own login credentials.

The jl30 platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. jl30 undertakes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous access.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

jl30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) jl30 suspects a violation of these Terms; (b) PAGCOR or another regulatory authority instructs jl30 to do so; (c) the account is associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity; or (d) the Player requests self-exclusion under the jl30 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon permanent account closure for cause, jl30 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining real-money balances (net of any forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.
